LEDwear Canada are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making a purchase could not be easier.
• Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Show Cart’ link on the left hand side, where you will be taken to your shopping basket and given the option to amend your item quantities.
• Once you are happy, you can click the 'Checkout' button, located underneath your shopping cart.
• If you are not already registered and logged in, you will be asked to log in with your username and password, or create a new account.
• Once logged in, proceed through each stage of the checkout process, providing your billing and delivery details.
• You will then be asked to review your order information one last time, before clicking on the 'Confirm Order' button.
• When you choose to confirm your order, you will recieve an email 'Purchase Order' and be re-directed to PayPal to make your payment.
• If you do not already have a PayPal account, then no problem, there is no need to register with PayPal. Just choose the option to pay without registering (this is a link, located on the left half of the PayPal page).
• Once you have paid for your order, you will be given the option to return back to LEDwear.ca and view a confirmation page, indicating that your payment was successful. If your payment has been successful, you will also receive an email from LEDwear.ca confirming this (as well as an email from PayPal).

Prices and Delivery
All prices stated are exclusive of taxes. Shipments to customers in Canada will be charged the appropriate GST/HST depending on the province. All shipments to the United States of America are not taxed. This will be clearly presented during the checkout stage once you have added/updated your delivery address.
All items are dispatched from Canada, therefore delivery times will vary depending on the country and state/province. We ship using Fedex Ground Service and estimate that the order will reach you within 5-7 working days. Delivery costs will vary depending on the shipping address. This will be clearly shown during the checkout stage.
If you require the item sooner, then please contact us before making your order as we may be able to offer you expedited shipping.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Please contact us if you would like to make a return and we will talk you through the process.
